Hi,

Im looking to get a 29" ultra wide (2560 x 1080) and stack my existing 23" (1920 x1080) on top of it via a vertical stand.

It would be used mainly for video editing applications. I was hoping to use the bottom monitor (29") as the main screen for my Tools, Timeline panels, etc.. and use the one on top (23") as the main program monitor.

My question is, will this mix in resolution/ aspect ratios have any conflicts in Windows (currently using 8.1 but eventually upgrading to Win 10) or Adobe CC programs, specifically Premiere Pro?

Thanks

¨Seems like a very weird and uncomfortable setup to be honest. While I was doing media things, I had colors, tools, fx, files on a monitor to the right of the main screen, but vertically, not horizontal. Of course you can experiment, and obviously it's going to work, you just connect them as you normally would. No problems in Premiere.
