Question Mixing RAMs with different CL ratio and MHz

Hi,i have a question about mixing rams.I have laptop and i installed cpu-z for checking cl ratio of my ram and it was 15cl and sometimes decreasing to 10cl.

Also it is 2133MHz DDR4. But i want to buy 2400Mhz 17cl ram and everybody saying it must be same cl ratio and mhz. But i cant find same mhz and cl.

What will happening if i put 2400mhz 17cl ram to my laptop which supported 2133mhz with 15cl. (Also i can't find my laptop's ram brand for buying same brand ram.

It may work.
