Here's my situation: I have a solid state, and a hard drive, and would like to save space on my SSD; so I created symbolic links for my steam application and origin application, which are the root folders for all the games installed under those clients. Will symbolic link references to locations of those folders stored on the HDD, make the game perform worse in game? I'm not concerned with load speeds.

Mlinks should not have any performance issues. Nothing noticable anyhow.
