MN-720 Lights

Help. My laptop crashed, but I've got it working again.
But...now my MN-720 adapter isn't working. I get no
lights on the card, and the laptop doesn't recognize new
hardware. Can the card "die"?

PC card slot may be disabled. Re enable via device manager.
