Problem 1: I have a problem with my motherboard. The ACPI LED: S4_S5_LED is on bright red when the cpu is off / shutdown ( power supply is still on ). This goes away when turned on but a green light would light up on the ACPI LED just below the S0 LED ( not the S0 LED but an LED below it ). I don't know if this is normal in anyway i have searched the gigabyte website for any information about the ACPI LEDs but there was no useful information other than:
"ACPI LEDs
The 4 embedded ACPI LEDs indicate the system power status (S0, S1, S3, S4, S5) to prevent potential hardware damage due to improper plug/unplug actions."
i have also done some research about the ACPI LEDs on wikipedia http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ACPI ] Advanced Configuration and Power Interface [/url]
which states:

I also have tried removing the MOBO battery and putting it back after 30 mins or so.
The computer boots up fine. in fact i am using the actual computer to write this question. I am unsure if this is a thing to worry for my system. Since i had a prior shut off (2x) by itself when i was coding + multitasking ( my room was really warm/hot though around 75degF - so i wasn't sure if it just overheated... but i have like really good case air cooling on my system ).
Problem 2: Sometimes i would have some slight flickering on my triple monitors on the 3rd monitor
setup looks like this: on crossfire mode
[ 1st ] [ 2nd ] [ 3rd ]
1st monitor: DVI to displayport adapter - connected to 1st video card display port
2nd monitor: DVI - connected to 1st video card
