Question MOBO causing PC Hang when gaming?

Hopefully some of you tech gurus on here can help?

So, I have been dealing with kernel-power 41 task category 63 in the event viewer. Only happens when gaming. Game crash to black screen on display 1 and green on display 2. Hard restart only option. I replaced the psu to test that. I can't get it to create a dump file cause it just hangs and needs a hard reset. I ran furmark on my gpu for over 4 hrs no hang. I ran mem test 86 from bios no errors. I updated all drivers with snappy driver or whatever that driver utility is called. I updated my bios on my motherboard. I changed my ram back to my 16gb 2400 as I thought maybe that was the issue but no. I ran cpu burn and saw no issues with temp or stability. I'm starting to think it might be something with my mobo? I could really use some help on this one. Is there any way to test MOBO or is it just swap and see TIA

I had a EVGA 750gq bought a corsair rm850 to go into a new build but also swapped it in this system to verify it isn't the PSU
