Question MOBO / PSU failure after upgrade?

Hi everyone,
I have a strange problem
Upgraded my PC with a new MOBO, case and CPU fan.
When I tried to start it up it didn't work and I suspected the PSU to be the problem as it was the only part not used in a long time.
After a few tests something got it to work but after a few minutes of it handling perfectly (I installed drivers and rebooted it a few times which worked fine) I shut it off and disconnected the power which cause it to not start again (just like it did before).
I tried connecting the PSU to a different board it worked alright which was weird.it just looked like the buttons not cause the PSU to start (buttons were tested when the PC worked)
Specs:
MOBO- Gigabyte H510M K V2
CPU- I5 10400
8GB RAM
GPU- AMD RTX 580
PSU- 450W
Thank you very much for your help!

EDIT:
Tried connecting a Corsair 650W PSU (Tested and working) and still not turning on.

test with a better quality psu
Tested it with a Corsair PSU
Still no good
I've tried replacing every part with my second PC and it seems to be the front panel pins on the MOBO
It's weird considering it's a brand new MOBO so I'll try and contact the store
Any other tips would be appreciated
