BIOS version for your motherboard? How is the airflow orientation in your chassis? Make and model of your chassis? Make and model of your PSU as well? Just curious, did your platform experience any power failures?

Id really rather not update bios because...

Whilst rendering a video my cpu died (5600x) I bought a new mobo and psu and later realised it was the cpu

Once i replaced the cpu I then decided to update the new tufgaming mobo's bios i had bought. This then decided to kill the mobo.

So yes id really rather not update my steel legend bios. Although its not that old anyway

my chassis: MPG GUNGNIR 110R
psu: seasonic core gold 500
