Anyone know how they turn the LED on in motherboard without any PSU cabble plugged in into the motherboard 🤔

Most likely is two photos: one with the power connected, one with nothing connected, and splice/merge/otherwise combine them to keep the parts you want from both. It's a typical thing in marketing to achieve a certain effect.
