what are the differences of

*prefixes such as
B,H and Z

*suffixes such as
M,N and X

*lastly code names such as
DH3, D3H, DS2, S2PH & WiFi

i found blogs,articles and wikis but i still want to see your compares,pros and cons etc...

I think the prefixes refer to the Intel motherboards.
B - business
H - home
Z - supports unlocked CPUs

M - micro ATX
N - mini ITX
X - uses advanced digital power (Z77 chipset and later) or extra features such as SLI (prior to Z77)

With regards to the code names, you can look it up in here http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gigabyte_Technology#Motherboard_naming_conventions.
ex. DH3
D (Ultra Durable 2) - Indicates that the motherboard uses only solid state capacitors
H - HDMI port on-board
3 - # (2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 or 9) - Compares boards of same class
