How do you change the order in which mods load? I've forgotten.

Mod order depends on the date of the .esp file. Older files appear
further up, newer files further down. So to move an esp to the bottom of
the list, just adjust the file date.

..esm files are always on top of the mod list, but themselves ordered by
file date again.
