Modern warfare taking up 96 percent of cpu

I just bought modern warfare and I’m playing and I get really static like audio and game sometimes takes a second or two and stops and I have a i7 9700k and the game takes up so much cpu where my computer cants handle it and slows down if anyone knows if this is a issue please let me know and if there is a reason for this

I’m having the same issue, I’m able to play no problem but my discord won’t work at all.

Yeah I don’t know why mine is doing it it’s really annoying and I usually have to force quit it with task manager
