im haveing a problem with minecraft modpacks. i can play vanilla minecraft with 500 fps. i could play ftb modpacks and atl modpacks with 120 fps. but all of the sudden i can barely get 2 fps in the home screen ! i reinstalled java , and restarted my pc. please help !

A result of too many mods can be the issue some mods take more fps away than others. Try to remove some mods and see what happens, or try adding more RAM to Minecraft by going through the launcher then edit profile and changing JVM arguments and change the number before G to 2 or 4 depending on how much RAM you have. For example if you have 8 GIGS of ram change it 4 which is half.

buti could play yogscast complete pack (239 mods) perfectly fine.

but now i cant play it because i cant even get out of the home screen cause its at 2 fps?
