Question monitor and graphic card handshake problem in uefi

hello I have a LG 24MP59G-P monitor which is connected via hdmi cable to a sapphire nitro plus rx 470 oc 4 gb, recently I flashed an original vbios to my card and from then there is no signal in uefi when on hdmi, I have explored internet about this problem and I found that it is due to a handshake issue in 1280x1024 resolution in uefi, I know that I can stay on dvi dual link cable but I insist in using of hdmi cable ?
I WONDER IF THERE IS A SOLUTION TO THIS ?

What is your motherboard? Is there a UEFI/Legacy option in the BIOS?

my mainboard is msi h100m pro vd, yes I set the uefi/legacy as enabled and by he way I have updated my bios to the last version and once more reset it to the default values.
