Hello everyone
"I have an HP Omen laptop with a 7th generation Intel Core i7 processor. The issue is that when I leave it charging for some time, after the battery reaches full charge and remains plugged in for about 20 minutes or more, the charging stops—the charging light goes off, and the laptop won't power on.
I have removed the battery and plugged in the charger again, but the issue persists. I have to unplug it for a while, then plug it back in and wait 20 minutes or more before it responds to charging (the charging indicator turns on).
What could be causing this issue? How can I diagnose and fix it?"
