Hi everybody.
My current setup include:
AMD - Ryzen 5 1600 overclocked to 3.8 GHz
MSI - B350 GAMING PLUS
MSI - GeForce RTX 2070 8 GB
Corsair - CXM 550 W
BenQ - ZOWIE XL2411P 24.0" 1920x1080 144 Hz Monitor
plug-in with Display Port cable

Today with MSI AfterBurner I tried to Overclock my RTX 2070, it reached +200Mhz no problem, even tested for 15 mins with MSI Kombustor.
Then I added 40 Mhz, achieving +240 Mhz. The system instantly crashed and never booted up again.

After Reset Cmos the monitor would still show : no cable connected. So i tried to switch cable, using an HDMI but nothing changed.

Then I tried to switch graphic card to my old GTX 1060 and still no result.
I tried to change cable, using an HDMI instead of display port but even that gave no results. I even tried to boot up the system with no graphic card, connecting the HDMI with the motherboard but no result.

At the end i changed monitor with an old 60Hz asus and the system was super fine, worked like a charm.

So, how is that the Ben Q 144 Hz monitor does power on but does not recnognize any cable nor pc connected? Did i break my monitor by overclocking the GPU?

Nevermind, I found the problem.
After the crash due to the overclock, the monitor switched itself to hdmi while it was connected by display port cable. I have no idea why it did that.
So all good, monitor and gpu are still alive. yay
