Question Monitor flashes black

In the past few days, i noticed that my monitor flashes black repeatedly for a few seconds, i already reinstalled the drivers and it still flashes black. Im thinking that the monitor is the problem. I have a GTX 1650 as my GPU.

Include your PSU's age and the version for your OS. You might want to rule out the display by hooking it up to a donor system and using your system to connect to another display.

Gigabyte A320M S2H V2 B350 Chipset
Team 8GB 2666Mhz
Ramsta 512GB SSD
Palit GTX 1650 4GB GDDR5 StormX
Ions Gaming Chassis
Electron 700w PSU

all of these was brand new, i just got it a week ago.

I have Windows version 1903.
