Question Monitor flickers while alt-tabbing out of games (specifically Diablo 4) ?

Whenever I play Diablo 4 and alt tab to do something else on my monitor, it flickers a LOT.
For some reason it's the only game I have this issue on.

OS: Windows 11.
Monitor: Alienware AW2521HF
GPU: 3060 TI 8GB (drivers are up to date. As are all of my other hardware's drivers)
The monitor is set to 240hz.
The game is set to full screen.


Is there anything in particular I should be trying to fix this issue? A setting on my monitor perhaps that might help?

Is G-Sync turned on? Are you running exclusive fullscreen? If so, try running in windowed fullscreen mode.
