Question Monitor freezes, unresponsive keyboard and mouse but can still hear noise in the background

My monitor turns on then it makes a usb disconnect sound and I can no longer use the keyboard mouse unless I restart the PC
I checked the ram sticks, tried a different monitor and ports but the issue is the same. I even reinstalled the graphics card driver and also changed the graphics card slot which made the pc to work for a couple of days until the issue came back
Additionally, sometimes my pc makes a sound which is similar to watching a video on YT while holding space to pause and unpause it constantly.

Does anyone know what could have caused this cause im out of ideas

full system spec? include brand and model of the psu

I don't know the brand of the psu as I have it for a really long time and Its a hassle to remove it to check the full specs of it.
I can only say its of 600W

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 5800X 3.8GHz
RAM: Vengeance RGB PRO 32GB DDR4 3200MHz
GPU: Zotac GeForce RTX 2060 GAMING AMP 6GB GDDR6 192-bit
CPU Cooler: Noctua NH-D14
Motherboard: ASUS TUF B450-PRO GAMING

Yes it is but it worked fine until now, without any issues

I have reinstalled the windows and reinstalled the drivers as well. This issue occurs randomly. I also tried to lower the hertz of my monitor which seem to have done the trick for a few days but as soon as I launch any demanding program or game, the monitor freezes again
