Monitor has a black bar across the top of the screen.

My monitor has a black bar across the top of my screen. I do not have another card I can get to test it. I would have to buy a new one. I have all my video drivers up to date and it happens even with only 1 monitor plugged in. It's been bothering me. I have a samsung s22c300.
Please help. Heres a picture.

no one is 1600x900 and one is 1920x1080

That's gonna be your problem I have a feeling.

Are you sure the res of the 1920 x 1080 is that resolution right now? When you connect a second display it usually changes it lower to match the other display.

No you should be able to change it in your display properties so they are both at their native resolution.

Right Click on desktop>Display Settings>Advanced Display Settings>Then change both to the highest resolution or the "recommend" resolution.
