Question Monitor has horizontal flickering lines whenever I use high refresh rate

Hi,
My monitor screen flickers very badly when I set the refresh rate 144hz, but its slightly less noticeable whenever I decrease the refresh rate. I'm using the BenQ XL2720z monitor.

I noticed that the flickering and the lines disappear whenever I'm in my PC's BIOS, but they come back whenever I load back into windows.

Here is a video i took from my iphone. The flickering and the horizontal lines only appear on the right side of the screen, I tried my best to make it obvious in the video.

The recording I took was on a DP cable connected to my graphics card, but it also happens when I use my Playstation on HDMI.

since this gpu have 2 hdmi and dvi connector did you try the other on system .

Yeah I tried both ports, both still give me the flickering on 144hz. It’s most probably a screen issue as I experience the same problem when using my playstation.

This leads me to think it is a monitor problem, not a computer problem. Can you try your PC on a different display?
