Monitor has no signal when i turn my computer on

When i turn my computer on it boots up, the fans are running the power light comes on. But for some reason my monitor always says no signal. I've dealt with this before by just letting the pc run for about a minute then it connects with a wiggle of the mouse. however it no longer connects at all. I've done everything, used built in graphics card, checked power cable, removed power cable and held down power button, checked memory cards, cleaned everything in my pc, completely took it apart and putt it back together. Please can someone help.

I just went and bought a new power cable today, nothing changed. i also tried a different hdmi cable and again no change. i've been reading around a bit more, could it be my memory card?

Okay try this. Remove the power cable and then hold down the power button for 30 seconds to a minute and then re attach the cable and power on your machine.
