Question Monitor keeps on shutting off when I load a game

My monitors keeps shutting off when I load Ark survival evolved, this used to happen with valorant. I can still hear the menu music/game audio, and hear and talk to my boys on discord. Tried replugging my gpu cable, updating all my drivers, replugging my power, etc. My gpu power cord that plugs into the gpu flashes sometimes, but not always.

My cpu is a AMD ryzen 7 3700x
My gpu is a gigabyte eagle gigabyte 3060 ti
My motherboard is a B450M DS3H

Test to see if you can alt-tab out of the game, if you can it's a resolution and refreshrate issue
