Question Monitor keeps turning off randomly and I get a weird error in events viewer

Hey,

My monitor keeps turning off randomly whether I'm gaming or working. Can you please help? I just RMA a faulty graphics card a month ago, Please tell me it is not the graphics card again. I get these errors on events viewer.

So under Event Viewer--->Windows log---> System ---> Warning--->
The machine-default permission settings do not grant Local Activation permission for the COM Server application with CLSID

what are your full system specs, make model and how old is the PSU

I hope it helps you but in my case A caller specified the SDC_FORCE_MODE_ENUMERATION flag in a call to the SetDisplayConfig() API
was caused by a bluetooth dongle I have plugged in, any time I was using bluetooth my screen would go black and my other usb devices would turn off.
