Question Monitor loses signal after downloading drivers for Radeon WX 4100 GPU

My monitor loses signal after the windows 10 startup screen when i download the drivers for my Radeon WX 4100 graphics card, no Idea why. First time im using this particular GPU

this might be a dumb question but... is your monitor plugged into your gpu or your motherboard?
