Question Monitor no signal when play game

I need assistance have issue when playing game my monitor goes black screen but system stay on (I've check using remote access) and on bios when gpu fan spin or when I'd stress test using unigine that make system goes off or restart ,
maybe that happened after updating latest bios,
before im using default bios it can play game normally but hv issue with fail shutdown that why im updating the bios, I've try ddu,
change/reseat DP and psu cable not daisy chained

check temperatures of GPU and CPU
check memory with memtest
try using a different PCIe slot or use the white one if not in use
check in which position the PSU switch is (zero fan off or on)

Thanks for the answer.
1. Gpu ilde 33 - 37 c, under load before goes off Gpu 50-53c im setting fan auto at 55c so no spinning, cpu idle 41c uder load 50-55.
2. Memtest (gpu fan running) 1st phase no error but between that screen goes off can't see result, restart i try use hdmi to mobo port change monitor display input try memtest again skip 1st phase 2-4 found no error.
3. There 3 PCIe currently using the white one, other slot not posible due case,

Thing i notice when display goes off is fan/gpu led dim few ms, maybe power issue mobo or gpu, currently not use any stabilizer or UPS, rn try switching gpu to silent mode don't if it work ill update later
