Hello.

I'm having a problem with my monitors.

PC Specs
CPU - i5-6600
MB - Asus Rog maximus viii ranger
GPU - GTX 1050ti

Main monitor - BenQ XL2411 144hz
Second monitor - Acer X193W

I'm having a problem that's been around a long time.
my second monitor is using a VGA to HDMI adapter
and my main monitor is using DVI
The first time I made the connection, it worked well. but after a while they stopped working.
both my main monitor and my secondary started flashing! I tried to solve the problem doing research on the problem I tried enough things and nothing solved it. so I only used the BenQ monitor!
Yesterday I tried again and they were working well, but today stop working again!
Drivers are all updated!
I turned off the computer several times with the cable off and on then turned it on again and turned it on and off the cable.
Both are working if i turn on one at a time

if anyone can help me thank you

Apparently there's two models, one only has VGA, other has VGA and DVI.

You'll have to tell us which one you have out of the two.

yes!
Like, if i plug the second monitor whit the adapter (VGA to HDMI) it workes like if i connect the main monitor whit the cable DVI! but if i plug both the stard flashing, like torning on and off both monitors! the thing is, some times works both monitors and other times don't!
yesterday it was working well both monitor, today i turn on the pc and again the same problem!
some months ago i was whit both monitor plug and it worked for like 1 week and then stop working whit the same problem i try to fix it and nothing so i turn off second monitor and only used the main!
yesterday i try to see if it was working and it was, but today stop again ...

At the time i did saw reviews thats why i buy the adapter! i dont understand why some times its works and other times don't...
its like wtF?

Well that's a passive adapter, so it won't work even if it is a good one. You see, Nvidia dropped support for analog signals with their 10-series cards(VGA is an analog signal), so no 10-series card will have a VGA port. So, when you use an HDMI to VGA adapter, the input signal from the GPU is digital, and the adapter needs to convert it to analog so that the monitor can understand the signal. A passive adapter, which you have, does not convert digital to analog, only an active adapter does that. That's why you need an active adapter - the card send out a digital signal, but your monitor only understands analog signals.

You need something like this:
