Monitor, PSU & Case under ₹15,000(250 dollars)

I want to upgrade my 3 year old build. The desktop is gonna stay at my parent's place. It's hardly gonna be used, sporadic surfing at most.
Build -
Core i5-760
4gb 1333MHz
320gb HDD
1gb ATI Radeon HD 5670

Monitor - Preferably a 21-22" IPS LED. Dell SL 2240L looks good.
PSU - how much power will my rig consume approx. ?
Case - something that'll keep my components cool and can accommodate extra ram sticks if the need arises. Decent no. of front USB ports would be good.

250 dollars is more of an upper limit. I don't want to waste money on overpowered components. Thanks in advance

psu 500watt is enough it will also help u for future upgrade.....cabinet check the coolermaster k281 midtower its about rs 3500/- psu will cost u around rs 3500/-
