Question Monitor receiving no signal with DisplayPort after PC upgrade

My Asus VG248QE 144Hz monitor has been acting up since upgrading the majority of my setup - I've replaced everything apart from the GPU and the PSU so far due to upgrading to AM5, and ever since it is struggling to get signal from the GPU using DisplayPort specifically. I've tested it with DP into the motherboard and it works, and I've tested it with HDMI from both the mobo and the GPU and it works both ways. Doesn't work in any of the DP ports in the GPU. This wasn't happening on my old setup, I did a fresh Windows install onto a new boot drive and issues have only started happening since then. Worth noting that this started being an issue after my PC went to sleep as I hadn't set the power settings to never sleep yet.

I've tried every fix I could find online, I've unplugged it for an hour and plugged it back in which worked for about 5 minutes until I opened a game, at which point it immediately cut out and switched the TV I'm using as a second monitor to the main display. Tested without the TV connected and also doesn't work. I've used DDU to remove all drivers and reinstalled, I've done a Windows restore, full Windows fresh install, BIOS update, messed with power & sleep settings, disabled iGPU in my BIOS settings, I feel like I've tried every fix that Google would let me find.

New specs are:

Asus TUF Gaming B650-Plus Wifi
Ryzen 7 7800x3D
32GB Corsair Vengeance 6000MHZ CL30
Sabrent Rocket 4 Plus 500GB + 2TB M.2s (boot drive and storage)
Corsair RM850x (2018) Gold 850 Watt
Gigabyte Windforce OC 2060 Super (GPU I was using in old setup until I can upgrade)

Old specs were:

MSI B450 Tomahawk
Ryzen 7 3800x
16GB Corsair Vengeance CL32 3600MHz
Samsung 970 Evo 1TB M.2
Corsair RM850x (2018) Gold 850 Watt
Gigabyte Windforce OC 2060 Super

Only thing I can think to try is switching the power supply as maybe with the new parts the GPU isn't getting enough power, but everything I've looked into online says 850W should be more than enough for what I have in currently. Hoping someone has had a similar issue and can save me from going insane trying to fix this as I am out of ideas and am by no means an expert, if I've missed any key info I will update on request. Thanks in advance!

What's crazy is there's no significant difference in power draws between both those specs except the fact that your best bet would be what you said ; a GPU upgrade. So, both spec sheets I see shows your only needing 750 Watts of power yet I don't get the reason why your display isn't working. One way to know is my best suggestion GPU wise would be a 3060 as it uses less power requiring 600 Watts of power needed in total for both spec sheets I see. Other than that, just use HDMI and or send it in for warranty notices......................................
