Question Monitor Recommendations - 1440p 240hz IPS

Hi all,

Looking to upgrade my current monitor (VG248QE 27") 1080 to the following below:

In the market for a good quality monitor for work and gaming. I work from home with graphic design as my main job and I game later at night, mainly fps games including Fortnite, Call of Duty, etc.

I have a powerful enough system to manage this display so this wouldn't be an issue.

I'm looking for the following in the monitor:
- Preference is IPS display
-1440p
- 240hz+
- Around 27"
