Question Monitor shuts off itself after 5 mins and can't switch on again unless replug the power cable

Hello,
The monitor is a Dell U3011 and as the title says, already tried with a new power cable and performed a factory reset but the issue still persists.
However no other problem found, the video output is working flawlessly, is there anything I can try before getting a replacement?

Do you have a timer set for it to go to sleep? In Windows, Go to the control panel and look at "Power Options" and see what screen timeout is set to..

Both turn off the display and put the computer to sleep are set to never.
When the monitor shuts off itself, the power light also turns off and nothing happens when I try to press the power button unless the power cable is re-plugged.
