Question Monitor stuck at 120hz instead of being 240hz

My monitor is Acer XB253Q which supports 240hz but one day I decided to fix the color settings of my monitor using the osd then after that day I noticed that my refresh rate was stuck at 120hz and i cant see the option of 240hz but my custom resolutions are showing 240hz but not the PC resolutions of my Nvidia control panel. Please help me fix this problem because im out of ideas on how to fix this.

In easy term, i was trying to change the brightness of my monitor and making it lower but in my dumb brain i decided to mess with the other settings and i think that i may have changed something that i wasnt supposed to change

Hello, did you try reseting the settings to the original? If possible. Simple answer but might save your life.
