monitor turns black after 10 minutes

when watching movies, my monitor will go black after 10 minutes, ive checked windows power settings and theyre all on high performance and set to never turn off,
its just the backlight of my monitor turns black after 10 minutes, but the monitor is still on

AOC G2460PQU 144hz monitor

Are you running AOC Esaver software? I am not suggesting you do, its just it has a setting to turn screen off after 10 minutes in sleep/standby

what are specs of PC?
