Monitoring showing less VRAM and Memory Clock

I just bought the Gigabyte R9 39G1 8GB GAMING and i've seen some ... unreal(i hope) numbers now i've played GTA 4 and Skyrim only performance was great, did Heaven benchmark on extreme - got 72 avg FPS..

But Hardware Monitor showing some strange stuff "Graphics - 300mhz" (Min and max) and "Memory 150mhz min - 1500mhz max"

i tried "Can you run it" there it shows that I only have 3GB VRAM ..?!?!

then I go and try "dxdiag" in cmd and it's saying approx. total memory -12012 MB ?!?!?!?

GPU-Z Saying i have 8GB VRAM but it.. too showing my memory clock is 150 to 1500mhz
HELP !

use MSI Afterburner instead

Why would I use that when the product is not MSI

Anyway I used MSI Afterburner it shows 1500max memory clock too !!! total memory (MB) usage 1061 ..... ??????????

Help ... anyone ?!

Edit::

Using Gigabyte's OC Guru showed I have 6000mhz Memory clock..
BUT ... i noticed the FPS on GTA IV ... like 20 to 30 most of the time ......(8GB RAM and Fx8370)

IS that normal ?! ?! ?! ?! ?!
