Question Monitors not waking up on boot ?

I have a triple monitor setup and have recently finished a new system build. My previous system was running windows 10 and never had this issue.

When I turn my system on, randomly either my left or right monitor will stay black after I get through the windows login screen. Sometimes they all turn on properly and other times I'll see the BIOS splash screen on my left monitor and then after I enter my pin and get to my desktop the left monitor will be black......Like I just saw it working. The only way for me to fix the issue it to unplug the monitor from power and plug it back in because for some reason while the screen is black I cannot access the monitors menu to power it down. If anyone has any ideas I would greatly appreciate it!

Yup! Drivers are always up to date. I honestly think windows thinks that the monitor is on though. For example I keep all my desktop icons on my left monitor, if the left one is black after I login as soon as I unplug the power cable windows does the weird resizing animation and moves everything that's normally on my left monitor to my middle. As soon as I plug the monitor back in everything moves back to normal though.
