I am to understand that many games in the 'turn based strategy' genre fit that bill. The outcomes must get highly complex as the number of set-pieces get ever greater, and not so heavily interdendent that it allows a programmer to unleash a lot of threads to run the calculations in parallel and get the turn completed faster. Some of the more note-able include Ashes of Singularity, Civilization VI (mentioned before), and much of the Total War series of games (War Hammer, Empire, etc.).What is the most CPU-stressing game currently on the market?
