Most games crash on launch after GPU upgrade

I recently upgraded from a GTX 670 to a 780 Ti. After uninstalling drivers, installing the card, and installing the new drivers I tried to boot up some games. Fallout 4, Dying Light, Shadow of Mordor, and GTA V's programs immediately stopped responding after launch. However, Wolfenstein: The New Order ran perfectly fine.

What's strange is that the issue is with some games and not others. I have tried upgrading all my drivers, and clean installing windows, and nothing has worked so far. What should I do to fix this issue?

My PSU is an OCZ ModXStream Pro 700W.

Did you update your motherboard BIOS after going from one generation of hardware to the next?

If the BIOS you're running came out before the GPU, then it is a likely culprit (seeing you've done the OS/Driver updates fully).

If the 780 Ti a new or a used card? Can it pass any benchmarks like 3DMark or others?

The PSU is decent, but not a top model. If any components on the PSU have aged prematurely, it may not support the graphics card well too.

I just updated my BIOS, which did come out before the GPU, and the issue is still persisting.

I tested it using Furmark and it ran totally fine. Due to this, and the fact that Wolfenstein could run, I'm inclined to believe it's not a PSU problem, but I suppose it could be.

Furmark definitely stress any graphics cards to the max and can even damage GPUs. Therefore, it's unlikely that the PSU is the culprit.

I did just update it, as suggested by Geekwad. It was from mid-2013 and the newest installed version is from late 2014. This, in turn, let me install some new Windows updates, so now all of that is up to date. However, I still experience the same problems when booting the games. The programs immediately stop responding.

It is also worth noting that, while going through the Fallotu 4 crash logs I found the following: it says Fault Module Name: nvwgf2umx.dll which I believe is a Nvidia file stored in Windows' System 32. I am not quite sure how to fix that, though.

Hmmm.....looks like on your new install of Windows, there is no SP1 installed (service pack). If true, you should fully update Windows.
