Question Mother board won’t boot, orange light turns on

Well I recently installed a new AIO pump into my system. When I finished the installation my computer would not boot into the bios or even into windows. A orange light would light up near the ram. Mother board is an ROG STRIX B450-F GAMING. Some help would be greatly appreciated. I have attached a link for pictures of the motherboard and the orange light.

See page 1-10 of the manual. Make sure your memory is fully inserted and locked into place. It is easy to dislodge the memory when installing CPU cooling devices.

Thank you I gave that a try twice but LED light still seems to be on.

Light still is orange/yellow maybe my cpu is fried ?
