Motherboard 32 64-bit

Hello,
some brblem wath in my laptop and i sent to workshop later i found motherboard is 32 in place of 64
is it posipol to change the mother board from 64 to 32?

i think they have changed OS 32bit.motherboards are not 32 or 64 bit it's only windows which are these version.every motherboard support both versions.

CPU architecture can limit windows to 32-bit, but that would be pre socket 775.
