Just yesterday all of my ports died. All of the ports give power but there is no signal going through. This includes mice keyboards and external thumb drives.
The motherboard is a MSI B150 gaming m3 that is just under two years old.
I have tried the power supply on another computer and have switched my ram around. I have already went through the usually guide for problems like this and nothing worked. If anyone has any suggestions I will gladly take them.

Solution
Your looking at a software issue or a hardware issue. Software would probably be related to the chipset drivers (https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/20775/?product=90592), but could be some other software that is interfereing (less likely ... install anything lately?).

Hardware issue would likely be failure in the chipset since it is every one of the USB port (2.0 and 3.0).

Potential fix ... USB card ... you have a 3 PCI slots and 2 PCIe 1.0 slots, so you have choices.

Looks like the motherboard has a 1 year warranty and it seems that has run out, but it might be worth an email to MSI to see if they will do anything.
