I have a led code on my motherboard B450 M, when I turn it on: the VGA led starts, and then jumps to CPU led, and finally jumps to DRAM led.

The BIOS is actually updated, I just installed a Ryzen 5 3400G CPU. I installed a GTX 1650 perfectly working. 2 RAM memory cards XPG DDR4 3200 MHz.

I already tried making a CMOD hard reset taking out the BIOS battery for some minutes but it didn't solve it.

What does this led code mean?

When clearing the CMOS, disconnect from the wall and display, then remove the CMOS battery, press and hold down the power button on your case for 30secs to drain any residual power. Replace the CMOS battery after 30mins.

Your motherboard doesn't have any feature to recover the BIOS in the event that the BIOS is corrupt. To rule out your CPU's integrated memroy controller being the fault, drop in another known working processor and see if that alleviates the issue. If it does, then your CPU was at fault.

Drop your memory onto another known working motherboard to rule your ram being the issue.
