Motherboard Beeping after overclocking

I just did a little overclocking and now there is a beeping noise coming from my motherboard, what is causing it the noise?
 
Solution
high pitch whine is normally associated with power coils, simple test is use a none conductive impliment and press down on the components while there making the noise. this will baffle the vibration and stop the whine...

the likely reason its disappearing when you load up an app is the power increases or decreases to that part thats vibrating and causing the whine changes frequency to the point your ear cant pick it up.

there are a couple of solutions to this if it is coil whine...
1) you find what part is making the noise and baffle it by using hotglue around the base to act as a damper.
2) send the board/memory back. for a replacement.

it turns off and one fine, i have had a few overclocking failed screens but when it is processing something the noise momentarily stops

AMD A8-6600K 768MB ATI AMD Radeon HD 8570D
A-88x Bolton D4 FM2+ Motherboard
8.00GB Single-Channel DDR3 G Skill Ares
 
check the bios system health warnings. if there enabled then disable them 1 at a time taking note of which your removing. if the noise stops then thats the part thats failing. it may just be the case open warning is being triggered. (hope its that, because if its not it means your either over heating, power fail or fan is failing.) if it continues to beep after everythin is disabled then look up the bios beep code for your bios manufacturer (displayed on the first splash screen at boot time)
 


its not so much a beep but kind of whining sound like a mosquito , it is either coming from the socket or the ram, what could either mean? it doesnt make any noise at boot up or when windows first loads, it will momentarily stop if i load something like chrome, the nose also disappears when I am in the Bios Well..

Ok i know its not coil whine, by my own fault i have not described the noise accurately enough, I just have thought of probably best analogy, its a noise that sounds like a morse code beep its constant and only stops if I put the cpu underload for awhile.
 
Ok If anyone sees this thread please respond for an answer, so I have eliminated most of the possible suspects for my problem, replaced the motherboard, noise is not coming form PSU, I am pretty sure it is not the ram causing the problem,I tested the system with other ram and there was no red led on the memok light but the noise is still there, the heatsink is not causing the problem either, my guess the noise is being caused by the voltage my apu is receiving, i read somewhere it could be the power saving EPU feature can anyone suggest a solution.
