I updated my bios so that I can upgrade CPU but after I updated the bios the pc cannot boot up. It will be stuck at "preparing automatic repair"

Try switching in BIOS SATA to AHCI.

You may have to reassign your boot drive in bios settings. That happened to me yesterday. Check this out:
