Motherboard fan question

I am going to build my PC but i don't know if the motherboard has any headers for the fan on my case.

Here is the motherboard - MotheBoard

Heres the Case - Case

The MotherBoard has 2 System Fan headers but i don't know if that is the same as a chassis fan header.

Yes, the 3 pin sys fan headers are the same as cha fan headers. Different manufacturers use different terminology for the same headers.

System fan and case fan are the same thing. For most motherboards, the sys-fan headers run at about 1 amp, which is ample enough to run 2 normal 120/140 mm fans. Your board theoretically can run 6 fans, 2 from CPU header (usually push/pull on a CPU cooler tower) and 4 others, 2 usually being intake and up to 2 exhaust. However, each pair is best used using a matched set of fans as the header will only see itself as being hooked to a single fan. This is average situation. Some fans use more than 0.5 amps, so a little research into your fans max amp draw is highly advised so as not to burn up the header when using a splitter.

Only about 1W difference. That's only about 0.08 amps at +12V. LEDs are very low power lighting.
