Question Motherboard flashes and RAM stays on ?

I had built this PC a month ago but now it isn’t working. I had powered it down and removed the power cable and then plugged it back in now it won’t turn on.

The motherboard flashes it’s leds then shuts off and the ram turns on and defaults to its normal rainbow everything else doesn’t turn on. These are the parts below

try reseting the bios by removing the cmos

first unplug the power cord to the pc and then push the lever where the cmos battery is.

wait for about 30 seconds to a minute and put the cmos battery back in and plug in the power cable again.

if that doesnt work ill find more ideas.

I had done that as well as removing testing both ram sticks neither did anything

ah, did you try reseating the cpu?

perhaps you didnt match the triangles.

The PC was working fine for a month before this happened. So unplugging and replugging in the power supply did something
