Motherboard for build

I am making a build, and the parts that I have decided on doing so far are:
I3-6100 (eventually upgrading to i7-6XXX)
GTX 1060 6GB
G. Skill Ripjaws 2x4GB DDR4-2400
Which form factor should I go with for the build, microATX or ATX? And which chipset should I go with? Thanks
Edit: I also have 2 500GB Sata III HDDs that are going in too

I would go ATX Z170 for overclocking the processor or running SLI, H 170 if no overclocking or SLI.

I dont like the lower quality parts used on the pro 4 any board that puts a power supply plug for the PCI lanes makes me wonder why.
