Motherboard for Xeon 1230v3

Hi,

I'm building PC with Intel Xeon CPU 1230v3, but I'm not sure with motherboard.
I prefer MSI motherboards so I thinking about MSI Z97 GAMING 5, but I'm not sure about compatibility with this Xeon CPU.

Can you please suggest me best motherboard for this CPU or confirm the Gaming 5 motherboard is good?

That board is great, but it's overkill if you're not doing SLI.
