Motherboard from £100 to £180 case upto £50 psu upto £50

hey,

iam looking into getting myself a new mother board to keep up with todays pc's

at the moment im using

ddr2
amd athlon 64 x2 dual core processor 4000+
2 gb ram
on board nvidi ge force 6150le graphics.
250w psu.

my mother boards can only handle tiny bit more on processor
4gb maximum ram.

looking for a mother board bundle with bored + cpu + graphics + ram

then a tower case the mother board will fit into.

any help with finding parts will be great
