Motherboard gives 1 long beep and 2 short ones on boot.

Hey everybody, recently my brother's pc has begun to struggle. When I press the power button, it gives 1 long beep and 2 short ones and doesn't load BIOS and no display whatsoever. Please help.

SPECIFICATIONS:
Motherboard- MSI MS-7797 ver 1.1
CPU- Intel Core i3-2120
GPU- ASUS Radeon RX 460
RAM- Patriot Sector 5 (2x4) GB DDR3-1600MHz
PSU- be quiet! L7-530W

1 long, 2 short - Indicates a video error has occurred and the BIOS cannot initialize the video screen to display any additional information

I have checked if it was the Video Card issue, but it turns out that it is not. I have put MSI GeForce GT 630 instead that is working and mobo gave the same beeps.

I also played around with swapping out RAM sticks. In the new position, with the Radeon RX 460 attached, PC on boot gives 5 short beeps.

Is the six pin GPU power connector connected to the card?

Yes, it is.

Check and reseat your power connectors.

Breadboard the system.
Clear the bios.
Remove the motherboard from the case.
Start the computer with only cpu, mobo, beeper and psu.
The add components, until you find the culprit.

Guys, I found out that port was the problem. I used to put in VGA (from monitor) -> VGA/DisplayPort adapter. I got a DVI-D Dual Link cable from monitor to PC and it worked! The only problem now is that with boot, the mobo gives 5 beeps, but everything seems to be working.
