Motherboard half dead?

Hello today i opened case to clean it from dust and install frontpanel usb 3.0 while looking at mobo for 20pin i found a burned chip or capacitor Mb M4A87TD EVO below i will post pics

Looks like P150-24 i dont know if im correct.

i am weird pc working good. no problem at all .

The motherboard does not have as you mention an on-board front panel usb 3.0 connector. You have two options. Either use a usb 3.0 to 2.0 cable and run front panel ports at usb 2.0 speed or you can get a pci-e to usb 3.0 adapter like this one http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=14G-0001-00017&cm_re=usb_3_pci-_-14G-0001-00017-_-Product . For the burnt chip i cannot give you any useful advice, only speculation
